The quality of the jewelry, the quality of the diamonds and our inlay work are of the highest level. Alma, however, is not responsible for any damage and/or loss of the jewelry after receipt of the jewelry by the customer.
When purchasing rings, we undertake to provide customers with a first measurement amendment service at no additional charge.
Returns and cancellation of a transaction
Where a jewelry transaction is made following Alma’s contact to the customer through online advertising via the website, via the telephone and/or by any other means of communication, without the customer being given the opportunity to get an impression of the product directly (where a transaction is not made by physically visiting the business).
A notice of cancellation of a transaction will be given to Alma by telephone: 1888-965-2210 – or by email: info@alma-diamonds.com or by registered mail to: 3 Jabotinsky Street Ramat Gan 5252005 ISRAEL. In the cancellation notice, the informant shall specify the name and identity number of the customer as well as the order number.
The results of the cancellation of the transaction are regulated under Section 14E of the Israel Consumer Protection Law and by virtue of it there is an obligation to return the consumer’s money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
As far as possible, the product should be returned by the customer in its original packaging. Alma is entitled to claim damages due to the fact that the value of the item has decreased as a result of a significant deterioration in its condition.
The right of cancellation is not valid regarding jewelry that was made especially for the customer.
Jewelry that will be created with a personal design or a change to the jewelry that is in stock for the customer, such as laser engraving at the customer’s request, will not be given monetary credit.
Regarding cancellation fees and the return of the jewelry, Alma makes a distinction between cases where a transaction is cancelled due to a defect, discrepancy or failure to deliver on time and where a transaction is cancelled for another reason.
If the customer cancelled the transaction due to a defect, discrepancy, failure to deliver on time or another contractual violation, even if the packaging of the product has already been opened, Alma will return the customer’s money within 14 days of receiving the defective product.
In the event that the cancellation is made by the customer for any other reason, the customer must return the jewelry to Alma at his own expense, and Alma may demand a cancellation fee of 15% of the amount of the transaction.
Intellectual Property
All copyright and intellectual property related to the website, including the content of the website, its name, design, trademarks and service marks appearing on it, jewelry designs and all copyrights, designs and patents appearing on it belong to Alma, only. Do not copy, distribute, display or make use of them and/or transfer to a third party any part of the intellectual property without obtaining Alma’s express written consent.
The use of “cookies” on the website
Alma sends “cookies” on its behalf to the customer’s computer in order to collect statistical data about the use of the site and to adapt the site to the customer’s personal preferences. “Cookies” are text files, which the browser creates according to the command of the site’s computers and saves on the hard drive of the customer’s computer.
These files contain information such as the pages the customer has visited, the length of time the customer stayed on the site, where the customer came to the site from, and information the customer asked to see while on the site. It is possible to adjust the customers browser so that it accepts or rejects “cookies”, or it notifies the customer when a “cookie” is sent to him. Since each browser works in a different way, customer should check in the browser’s “Help” menu how to make the above adjustments.
Prohibition of illegal or prohibited use
As a condition for using this website, all users have an obligation towards Alma not to use this website for any illegal purpose, and for any purpose prohibited according to the terms, conditions and notices contained in this document. It is expressly prohibited to collect any type of images and details entered on the site in order to make commercial or other use of them. You undertake to indemnify and/or compensate Alma and/or any of its employees and/or managers and/or anyone on its behalf and/or any other third party, for any violation on your part of the terms of use of the website and/or violation of the legal provisions related to the website and its use.
Waiver of rights
In any case that Alma does not use one or more of its rights in accordance with these Terms, this will not be considered a waiver or acceptance by Alma, and this will not be considered a legal impediment against it.
Law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel only. In any dispute arising from the use of this website or related to it, the jurisdiction of the courts in the Tel-Aviv-Jaffa district will apply, and the Tel-Aviv-Jaffa district will be the sole place of jurisdiction.

California – Returns and Exchange Policy
Alma offers a 14-day full-refund return or exchange policy for any unworn jewelry items bought in-store or online. The 14 days begin from the day your item is shipped.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: items that show any wear, customized jewelry, and jewelry that has been worked on by another jeweler.
For online returns, call us at 1888-965-2210 or send an email to info@alma-diamonds.com . Alma will provide your Return Authorization code along with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for packing, shipping and insuring your item. Your package must be postmarked within the 14-day return period. Your refund will be issued in your original form of payment and it may take up to 10 days to process. If you are exchanging your item, you will receive a credit note that can be used for your next online purchase.
Alma will not accept items sent in without a Return Authorization number, packages shipped beyond the 14-day return period, packages that are uninsured or improperly packaged, or jewelry that is ineligible for return.
Illinois – Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, then simply return your package and Alma will give you a full refund, subject to the terms, below.
Returned items must be returned in their original, unworn and undamaged condition accompanied by its original product documentation (including diamond certificates). Missing diamond certificates will incur a fee of $250.
Customized orders may not be eligible for return.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please call Alma at 1888-965-2210 or email Alma at info@alma-diamonds.com. Unless instructed otherwise by Alma, please retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within three business days of receipt of your order. Alma is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments that are sent by you during the returns process.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Returning An Order
Please contact Alma at least 3 business days before your 30-day return window, if you would like to return an item, by emailing Alma at info@alma-diamonds.com. Please include your order number in the email. After receiving a Return Authorization, you will be required to fill out a return form that must accompany your return. Alma will not accept returns without a Return Authorization together with a return form.
For security reasons, please do not write “Alma Diamonds” on the label. We suggest simply writing “Alma”, on the label.
Alma is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments that are sent by you during the return process. You are responsible for properly returning your items to Alma. If you are returning your package using the carrier of your choice, you are required to insure your shipment and you must require adult signature upon delivery.
Alma will send you an email confirmation when we receive the package. If Alma determines that an item has been damaged or altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to you without the issuance of a return credit. If an item is accepted for return Alma will issue a full refund, exchange, or credit within 15 business days. The exchange of an item does not extend the original return policy; the replacement item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
Payments made via credit card will be credited to your account within 10 business days.

Alma will email you with an estimated delivery date within 24 hours after an item has been purchased and tracking information when your order has been sent.
Custom Designs: We specialize in custom design and expert craftsmanship. If you wish to have an item made by our jewelers we will contact you with an estimate and delivery time.
Alma is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered.
Alma is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.
Returns/Exchanges
All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Alma reserves the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.
Once your return is received and inspected, Alma will send you a confirmation e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. Alma will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
